Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act and Regulations (130/1993) The Minister of Employment and Labour has made the notice of intention for adjustments to the minimum and maximum benefits in terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 as well as occupational diseases diagnosed from 1st April 2021. The minimum and maximum compensation set out in the notice will be implemented with effect 1st April 2021. Interested parties are invited to submit comments in writing within 60 days of publishing of this notice.
