Corporate Member - Marketing Opportunity

 

Special Offer Zone (Free Advertising)

Corporate Members' Product, Services and /or Courses and Events may be advertised for *free on the "Special Offer Zone" on the Saiosh website. Click HERE to go to the "Special Offer Zone"

The following conditions apply for the special offer zone free advertising: 

  • Only Corporate Members that are in good standing qualify for this advertising 
  • Only products and services offered by Saiosh Corporate Members qualify for this advertising
  • Only courses or events that have a valid Saiosh verification qualify for this advertising
  • The products, services, courses or events must be offered at a discounted rate (not less than 15%) for Saiosh Members
  • The Saiosh Membership discounted rate must be clearly indicated on the advert
  • The Saiosh Corporate Membership Logo must be clearly displayed on the advert
  • The Saiosh verification logo (for courses and events) must be clearly displayed on the advert  
  • Saiosh will not field any queries or bookings related to the adverts.

* The free advertising is done at the sole discretion of Saiosh and Saiosh reserves the right to change it at any time.

Mail-Shot (Paid Advertising)

Corporate Members' Product, Services and /or Courses and Events may be advertised via direct mail-shot to all Saiosh Members.

The following conditions apply for the direct mail-shot paid advertising:

  • Only Corporate Members that are in good standing qualify for this advertising
  • Only products and services offered by Saiosh Corporate Members qualify for this advertising
  • Only courses or events that have a valid Saiosh verification qualify for this advertising
  • The products, services, courses or events must be offered at a discounted rate (not less than 15%) for Saiosh Members
  • The Saiosh Membership discounted rate must be clearly indicated on the advert
  • The Saiosh Corporate Membership Logo must be clearly displayed on the advert
  • The Saiosh verification logo (for courses and events) must be clearly displayed on the advert
  • The advert must be provided in JPG/PNG format, A5(portrait) in size and must not be larger than 5MB
  • The advert will be linked to an URL/link, e-mail address and contact numbers that must be provided with the advert
  • The advert will be sent to the entire Saiosh membership database of over 20 000+
  • Subject line and preview text less than 100 characters to be provided with the advert
  • Saiosh will not field any queries or bookings related to the adverts
  • Cost - R5 000 excl. VAT per mailshot

Website (Paid Advertising)

Corporate Members' Product, Services and /or Courses and Events may be advertised as a block advert (375 x 375) on the Saiosh website home page. 

The following conditions apply for the website home page paid advertising:

  • Only Corporate Members that are in good standing qualify for this advertising
  • Only products and services offered by Saiosh Corporate Members qualify for this advertising
  • Only courses or events that have a valid Saiosh verification qualify for this advertising
  • The products, services, courses or events must be offered at a discounted rate (not less than 15%) for Saiosh Members
  • The Saiosh Membership discounted rate must be clearly indicated on the advert
  • The Saiosh Corporate Membership Logo must be clearly displayed on the advert
  • The Saiosh verification logo (for courses and events) must be clearly displayed on the advert
  • The advert must be 375 x 375 in size
  • The advert will be linked to an URL or e-mail address that must be provided with the advert  
  • Saiosh will not field any queries or bookings related to the adverts
  • Cost - *R2 800 excl. VAT per month *50% discount for adverts placed for 3 months or longer

Webinar Hosting (Paid Advertising)

Corporate Members' Products and Services may be advertised via the Saiosh Webinar Hosting Platform.

The following conditions apply for the Webinar Hosting Paid Advertising:

  • Only Corporate Members that are in good standing qualify for this advertising
  • Only products and services offered by Saiosh Corporate Members qualify for this advertising
  • The Webinar topic and content will be reviewed and CPD verified by Saiosh
  • The Webinar must be offered for free to Saiosh Members
  • The Webinar may not exceed 60 minutes
  • The advert for the Webinar must be provided by the Corporate Member, it must be provided in JPEG format, A5 in size and must not be larger than 1MB 
  • Saiosh will set up the Webinar registration page and link it to the advert
  • The Corporate Member must provide the e-mail addresses of the presenter/s for the Webinar
  • The Corporate Member must timeously provide the presenter/s presentation/s
  • Saiosh will set up the presenter/s as panelist/s information and send them the panelist link/s
  • Saiosh will provide the panelist/s with all the information on how to join and present at the Webinar
  • Saiosh will host the Webinar and provide the technical back-up from start to finish
  • Saiosh will provide the Corporate Member with a registration and attendance list
  • Saiosh will provide the Corporate Member with a link to the Webinar recording 
  • Cost - R15 000 excl. VAT per Webinar
