This webinar will be presented by:

Dr. Ivan Niranjan

Dr. Ivan Niranjan lectures in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Law and Legal Processes to the Bachelor of Health Sciences: Environmental Health students, also supervises Masters students, at the Durban University of Technology.
Dr. Niranjan was an Inspector of Occupational Health and Safety with the Department of Employment and Labour in three provinces namely Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal and Eastern Cape. He was responsible for administering and enforcing the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.
Dr Niranjan holds a D. Tech in Quality Management, from the Durban University of Technology. He is a graduate member of SAIOSH. He is also a registered Occupational Hygienist with the South African Institute of Occupational Hygienist (SAIOH) and registered Environmental Health Practitioner with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
