CONTROL OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY SYSTEMS

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

The Minister of Health, having obtained Cabinet approval, has published the draft Control of Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Bill, 2018 for broader public comment.

Interested persons are invited to submit any substantiated comments or representation on the proposed Bill to the Director-General of Health.
