Construction Regulations 2014

The New Construction Regulations were promulgated on 7 February 2014 and will come into effect in August 2014. Exemption has been granted for the application for permits and the appointment of OHS Agents until August 2015.

This workshop will be facilitated by one of South Africa's leading Construction Health and Safety specialists, Doug Michell. Doug is the Health and Safety Manager for Master Builders Association North. He as extensive experience in Construction Health and Safety and served on the task team that developed the SACPCMP Construction Health and Safety registration process. He is a registered member with Saiosh and a registered Construction Health and Safety Manager with SACPCMP.
