Construction Regulations 2014

The New Construction Regulations were promulgated on 7 February 2014 and will come into effect in August 2014. Exemption has been granted for the application for permits and the appointment of OHS Agents until August 2015.

This workshop will be facilitated by one of South Africa's leading Construction Health and Safety specialists, Deon Bester. Deon is the Health and Safety Manager for Master Builders Western Cape and has extensive Construction Health and Safety experience. He also serves on the Master Builders South Africa OHS Committee which played a major role in the development of the new Construction Regulations
