Construction Regulations 2014

The New Construction Regulations were promulgated on 7 February 2014 and will come into effect in August 2014. Exemption has been granted for the application for permits and the appointment of OHS Agents until August 2015.

Workshop Presenter:

This workshop will be facilitated by one of South Africa's leading Construction Health and Safety specialists, Neels Nortje. Neels is the Health and Safety Manager for Master Builders KZN. He holds a National Diploma in Safety Management and has more than 27 years experience in Occupational Health and Safety, 16 years in the Construction Industry. He is  appointed by the Minister of Labour as a member of the Minister's Advisory Council for OHS (ACOHS) and has been accepted by the SACPCMP to be registered as Pr. CHS Agent.
