The National Department of Labor's Chief Inspector Mr Tibor Szana and Mr Jacob Malatse will update Members on the latest changes and developments to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act 85 of 1993 and Regulations. It will include:
- Status of the OHS Draft Bill and what to expect from the new Bill
- New Pressure Equipment Regulations and the impact it will have
- New Driven Machinery Regulations and the impact it will have
